Software User Training
Many people already have powerful software at their disposal - Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook), and a number of other software packages are very common.  In most cases though, users have learned ‘just enough’ about this software to get by, ignoring many of the more advanced (or complicated) features.  In the software industry, this is sometimes called the ‘90/10 rule’, where 90% of the users only utilize 10% of the features in their software.  We can show you how to leverage some of the lesser known features of software you’ve already purchased to increase your productivity.
